OneCare provides a tailored care package offering independence, dignity, choice and control to meet the needs and aspirations of you or your loved ones.

Our diverse team of healthcare professionals are sensitive to spiritual, cultural, and religious values and are respectful to the individual’s needs and preferences. We will visit you and your loved one to develop a tailored person-centred care-plan assessment; this will allow us to put the needs and preferences of the individual at the forefront of delivering our care services. Involving friends or families in the care-plan assessment is important as it allows us to understand the requirements of the individual, especially when communication may be difficult, which will enable us to have the same goals in mind.
