Continuity of care is one of the key strengths of our homecare service. This is achieved by minimising the number of care workers assigned to each care package.

Our healthcare professionals are experienced and skilled to guide you to find other support services, advice and information that you may require, i.e. bereavement counselling etc.

Our manager is available 24 hours a day to address any concerns or wishes from the service user, family member or healthcare professionals. So rest assured we have the systems in place to ensure a quality of service which takes into account any unforeseen circumstances.

We have the facilities for those finding it difficult or who don’t have time to continue managing the administrative tasks involved.
